Chocolate and Berry Donuts

Total time: 20 minutes 
Yields: 6  

Ingredients: 

½  cup Dose & Co Chocolate Fudge protein powder  
¾ cup almond flour  
2 eggs  
¼ cup cocoa or cocoa powder  
¼ teaspoon baking powder  
¼  cup  maple syrup  
1/3  cup almond milk  
¼ teaspoon salt  

Method: 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on fan bake. Using oil or butter, grease the donut pan and place aside. 

In a bowl mix the protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. 

In a separate bowl mix the eggs, maple syrup and milk. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. 

Spoon mixture into the donut pan – try not to over fill. Bake for 15 minutes. 

 In a bowl combine the Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of berries. Keep mixing until the mixture turns pink. Using a knife, spoon Greek yogurt over the donuts and top with remainder of the berries.
