2 servings Dose & Co protein powder or collagen creamer
4 tablespoons nut butter
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/3 cup shredded coconut, plus more to coat the balls
1/4 cup chocolate, roughly chopped
1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
Place all ingredients (apart from the chopped chocolate) into a blender and blend until well combined.
Transfer batter into a bowl and stir in chopped chocolate.
Roll the dough into balls about the size of a golf ball. Roll each ball in the extra shredded coconut. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes before eating.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
