1 serving Dose & Co collagen creamer
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chocolate chips - to mix in
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees fan bake. Line a 9x9 inch pan with baking paper and put aside.
Mix collagen creamer, almond flour, cocoa powder and sea salt in a small bowl - set aside.
Melt chocolate & coconut oil/butter together in the microwave. Mix until completely melted. Mix in sugar and Greek yogurt. Mix in eggs, one at a time until the batter is completely smooth.
Add dry ingredients, whisk until just incorporated. Add chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is just barely set and the edges are slightly pulling away from the sides of the pan. When brownies are finished baking, place the pan on a wire rack and cool.
While the brownies are baking, make the ganache. Melt the chocolate chips and stir in the Greek yogurt. Stir until it thickens. Once the brownie is cool, pour it over evenly. Cut into slices and serve.
