Immune Boosting Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 serving of Dose & Co Creamy Vanilla or Salted Caramel Toffee protein powder
1 frozen banana
Flesh from 1 mango
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
1 cup coconut water
Small chunk fresh ginger, skin removed
¼ cup ice

 

Toppings (optional)
½ kiwifruit sliced
Berries
Extra mango
Coconut chips
Granola

Method:

Place the smoothie bowl ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and cover with toppings. Serve cold.
