INGREDIENTS
1 serving Dose & Co Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder
1 frozen banana (can be fresh)
½ cup ice
½ cup mixed berries
¾ cup almond milk
1 Tbsp honey
Toppings (optional)
Fresh berries
Cinnamon
Honey
Chia seeds
Mango
METHOD
Blend smoothie ingredients for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with toppings of choice.
