Ingredients:
2 servings Dose & Co protein powder
10 medjool dates
1 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Juice of 1 orange
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
zest of 1 orange
Method:
In a large bowl cover the dates with warm water and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Remove dates from the water and remove the pip.
Place dates into a food processor with the remainder of the ingredients - apart from the orange zest.
Process until smooth, scraping down sides. If mixture doesn't process, add water 1 tablespoon at a time until it does.
Using a teaspoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls. Cover each bite with orange zest and place into the fridge for minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
