Ingredients:

1 serving Dose & Co protein powder
1/2 cup nut butter
1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil 
Salt

 

Method:

Fill mini muffin tin with muffin liners and set aside. 
In a medium bowl combine the nut butter and protein powder together. If the nut butter is very runny, add more protein powder. 
Next, separate the nut butter and protein mixture into 12 small balls.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Remove from the heat. 
Using a tablespoon, scoop melted chocolate into each muffin liner. Then place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Place the nut butter ball into each muffin liner and flatten using your finger. 
Then add another tablespoon of melted chocolate on top of the nut butter. Sprinkle with salt and place back into the freezer for 15 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
