½ cup Creamy Vanilla Dose & Co protein powder
¾ cup almond flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup peanut butter – can use almond butter
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on fan bake. Using oil or butter, grease the donut pan and place aside.
In a bowl mix the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl mix the eggs, maple syrup and milk. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Spoon mixture into the donut pan – try not to over fill.
Bake for 15 minutes. While the donuts are baking prepare the top layer. Combine the topping ingredients and stir well.
When the donuts have finished baking, drizzle the topping over the donuts and sprinkle with salt.
