I've never used subscription before, how do I sign up?
Choose the product/s you want to include, click Subscribe and Save, then choose how often you’d like the product to be sent. Add that to your cart and then continue shopping to go to the checkout for payment.
How much is the subscription discount?
Subscribing to Dose & Co will mean a 15% discount off your order.
Can I change how often I want my order sent out?
Yes, just go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and amend the delivery date.
Can I use Laybuy, Afterpay or Zip Pay for subscriptions?
Unfortunately these payment options are not available for subscription orders. They are run through a separate payment gateway.
Can I add a discount code on top of my subscription discount?
Unfortunately a discount code cannot be added on top of a subscription discount.
What if I want to change the flavour or product on my subscription?
Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can amend that for you.
What if I need to change my delivery address?
Just go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and change it under Billing Information.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription whenever you wish. Just go to My Account, then Manage Subscriptions and click Remove.
How do I change the delivery date of my order?
Just go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and change to your preferred date under Delivery Schedule.
What happens if my card declines?
You will be sent a notification email and we will attempt to process your payment the following day.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
You will receive an email from Dose & Co three days before your order is sent out. Once your order is processed, you'll then receive a confirmation email and a second email with your courier information.
